This wine was recommended to me by Ilan Daniel ( @ilan_wine_route) helping me in my search to expand my knowledge of wines of the ancient world, this wine is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Galilee region and it is not a Meuvushal ( cooked wine), the first thing that caught my attention was the glass cork, it was a pleasant surprised because give a wine a fresh image.
Color – Greenish, lemon color
Aroma – Fresh cut grass, honey suckle and grape peels
Palate – lemon, slate (it has some minerality), white flowers and gooseberry in the backend
