This wine is made with the staple grape of South Africa ( The Pinotage); this grape can create very interesting wines with different flavor profiles, this particular wine it was one of the first Pinotage I tried when I was starting this wonderful journey around the wine world; found it again in a liquor store after many years of not seeing it.
Aroma: Coffee, mocha, deli meat and some undertones of wood
Palate: deli meat, mint, some big tones of liquorish and cranberry
